In contrast to our purposeful line of rifles primarily designed for Law Enforcement and long range riflemen, we are pleased to be able to offer the Dow FAL15©. This rifle is truly unique. Based on the AR15, but with the appearance of a scaled down FAL, the FAL15© offers the enthusiast or sportsman an opportunity to extend his or her collection!
Creating a new trend for recreational shooters the FAL15’s excellent handling and performance characteristics have been further enhanced with the addition of the 6.8 chambering. Suitable for deer hunting aswell as predator control, this rifle/cartridge combination is gaining great popularity in the woods as well as the ranges!
We hand fit a medium weight match grade stainless barrel. This has almost all the accuracy potential of our heavier weight barrels in terms of superior accuracy without hampering portability. The light weight and compact dimensions make this rifle a pleasure to use or even carry in the field all day. External metalwork is given, as with every one of our rifles, an 'extreme environment' finish. This matte black finish prevents shine which may alert sharp eyed predators for which the .223 Remington cartridge is ideally suited. As with all Tactical Rifles an accuracy guarantee accompanies each weapon.
Equally at home on either the range, or in the field as a mid range varmint rifle, the aesthetics of a hand rubbed oil finish make a stark contrast to the 'black plastic' normally associated with AR15 type rifles.
The flat-top Picatinny upper permits mounting of conventional as well as tactical style riflescopes. We install a match grade trigger unit to assist users in extracting maximum performance and accuracy for the FAL15©.
